IT Services Agreement
(Public Agreement)

Prepared in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Poland

1. General Provisions

1.1. This public agreement defines the terms of IT services provided by Piotr Bahdasaran, NIP: 9512534689, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor.
1.2. The agreement is public and contains uniform terms for entities using the Contractor's services.
1.3. The agreement is concluded when payment is made for an invoice issued by the Contractor.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Contractor provides IT services, including in particular:

software installation and configuration
Unix, Server and Windows systems administration
IT systems integration
workflow creation and optimization
technical consulting and process automation
other IT services agreed by the parties

3. Fees and Settlement

3.1. The base service rate is PLN 585 gross per one hour of work. The final service price is agreed individually and stated on the invoice.
3.2. Payment is made on the basis of an issued invoice within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Contractor provides services with due professional care.
The Client provides information necessary to perform the services.
The parties keep confidential information obtained during cooperation.
The Client settles payments on time.

5. Intellectual Property and Liability

Copyrights to the results of work transfer to the Client upon payment of the invoice covering full settlement, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
The parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of obligations in accordance with Polish law.

6. Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and applicable Polish data protection law.

7. Final Provisions

The legal relationship between the parties is governed by the law of the Republic of Poland.
Disputes will first be resolved amicably, and if no agreement is reached, by the court competent for the Contractor's registered seat.
In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code apply.
