1. The controller of your personal data is Piotr Bahdasaran, operating as a sole proprietorship, VAT ID (NIP): 9512534689, address: al. KEN 19, 02-797 Warsaw, Poland.

3. The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer — no such obligation arises under Article 37 GDPR.

a) Server logs. On every visit the server records your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested resource, the response code, the referring page and browser information (User-Agent).
Purpose: security and stability of the website, detection of abuse, diagnostics.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the controller's legitimate interest.

b) E-mail and telephone contact. Data you provide yourself: name, e-mail address, telephone number, the content of your message and, in the event of cooperation, company and billing details.
Purpose: replying to your enquiry, preparing an offer, concluding and performing a contract.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (replying to an enquiry unrelated to a contract).

c) Accounting records. Data necessary to issue invoices and settle taxes.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR — a legal obligation under tax and accounting law.

d) Visit statistics (Google Analytics). Data about how the site is used: pages visited, time of visit, approximate location, device type, anonymised IP address.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — your voluntary consent only. Without consent, analytics does not run at all.

2. Providing data is voluntary. However, without contact details we cannot reply to you or conclude a contract.

2. E-mail provider — correspondence is stored on the controller's own mail server, maintained in the same EU-based infrastructure.

3. Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC — only if you consent to analytics. This involves a transfer of data to the United States. The transfer takes place on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and additionally on the basis of standard contractual clauses.

4. Accounting office and public authorities — to the extent required by tax law.

This policy may be updated in the event of technical or legal changes. The current version is always available at https://ptrs.ltd/privacy_en.html. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and the Polish version, the Polish version shall prevail.
